| Growing up in a small town and living five minutes
away from both maternal and paternal grandmothers definitely had its
advantages. Summers, holidays and Sundays were spent together laughing,
loving, and cooking. |

| Incorporating what I'd been taught about cooking
and loving a great cheesecake has brought me here, to Cheesecake Express
Texas. |

| I first started baking cheesecakes for my husband
and other friends. Then I started taking the cheesecakes to church
for different fellowships. Each and every time the cakes were a huge
success. I started to think of a way of making a business out of this.
Then an angel spoke to me and said, do street shows as a way of making
money, to build up cliental and produce capital to get the actual
building. I knew that my credit would not allow me to get a loan so
there I went off to every street or church festival I could find.
With each passing show and every sale I could get I knew the time
was coming when Cheesecake Express was going to be there, on top,
where I believed from the start it would be. I knew that if I kept
the quality that I started with, I could do it. |

| Each
cake on the menu has been tried, tested and perfected. I personally
have planned every aspect of what each cake will taste and look
like once completed. When our cakes are delivered I want each
customer to be 100% satisfied. |
